From initial request to final delivery, a precise, step‑by‑step process awaits you. We proceed with care, respect for your time, and full transparency. Most steps run in parallel to minimise overall duration.

Application Form

Initial Request & Eligibility Check

A 15‑minute form with no personal or identity data. First contact can be made through anonymous communication channels (no identity disclosure). We first assess whether we can genuinely add value; if not, we will inform you transparently, with no obligation.

No personal or identity information is collected in this form. You may choose to communicate with us through anonymous channels that do not require revealing your identity.

We ask you to complete this form before we begin, because we must first ensure that we can indeed create value for you on this journey.

In some cases, a person may not need any external help – only a shift in perspective or mindset may be sufficient to realise their unfinished business. In other cases, after our initial assessment, we may conclude that we cannot deliver the value you expect. In either situation, we will explain our reasoning in detail and provide you with practical next steps that you can take on your own to move closer to completing your unfinished business.

If we determine that the project would be beneficial for you, we will notify you of the start date according to our client waiting list. Completing this form takes about 15 minutes.

Family Office Coordination

Administrative Setup & Privacy

Initial coordination with your Family Office (or we introduce a trusted one). Administrative and legal matters go through your chosen Family Office. Your identity remains hidden unless you wish otherwise; only dreams, values, and goals are shared, with highest confidentiality.

The first step in starting the project is coordinating with your Family Office. To ensure confidentiality, information security, and legal/financial safety, all official and administrative matters will be handled through the Family Office you trust.
If you do not currently use a Family Office, we can refer you to an experienced and reliable one. For clients using our trusted Family Office, all administrative and legal coordination will be done directly between MONARIQE and that Family Office; you will only confirm the final outcomes.
At this stage, initial administrative matters are completed.
One of the most important decisions made here is whether our communication with you will be direct or through an encoded identity.

If you prefer not to communicate directly, all interactions will be digital and encoded, and your anonymity will be fully preserved.
Importantly, even if you remain anonymous, the project details will not be shared with your Family Office unless you request it; only administrative coordination will be handled with them.
We fully understand the importance of confidentiality in such projects, and our legal team will specially review this aspect for every project.

In‑Depth Conversation

Understanding Your Unfinished Business

2–4 one‑hour sessions (virtual with optional camera off or in a private setting) to explore your unfinished work, cultural wealth, aspirations, and worldview. No recordings; only note‑taking.

In this stage, we will talk about your unfinished business. You will guide us on which path to follow, which part of your cultural wealth needs development, and whether at the end we will create a lasting legacy from your experience. We will also discuss your additional requests, tastes and preferences, goals, and your attitude and worldview regarding the project.
These conversations – depending on your sensitivity to confidentiality – will be held as virtual sessions (encoded and with camera off if you prefer) or in a secure, private environment. The total time needed is typically 2 to 4 one‑hour sessions. No conversations are recorded or documented; only note‑taking will occur.

Project Design & Proposal

Tailored Roadmap & “Guidebook”

A fully personalised project guidebook including objectives, timeline, team (project manager, legal advisor, specialists, artists), options with trade‑offs, and clear estimates of time and cost.

Based on our conversations and your guidance, the project path is prepared with all details and presented to you as a guidebook for review and approval. Each project is completely personalised according to your personality, intellectual, cultural, linguistic, belief, and geographic characteristics.
Project objectives are defined, the path and its steps are described in detail, and the project team – including a project manager, legal advisor, specialists, and prominent artists (depending on the project’s needs) – is identified.
For each path, step, and detail, we present you with options and explain the impact of each choice on the final outcome. If you need advice on any step, full support will be provided. The final shape of the project is formed based on your decisions and selections. The guidebook includes, besides the roadmap, a transparent estimate of time and cost for each stage.

Finalisation & Legal Coordination

Official Approval & Team Setup

After project approval, legal and administrative matters are organised with the trusted Family Office. The team finalises tasks, schedules, and quality checks; any necessary adjustments are coordinated with you.

Once the final project is approved, administrative and legal matters will be organised with the trusted Family Office, and the necessary actions to start the project will be completed securely. The project team will be assigned, project details reviewed, and roles and schedules determined. The final project plan will be checked with every team member. If any modifications are needed, we will coordinate with you accordingly.

Execution & Active Collaboration

The project manager and team begin work immediately. You remain the creator; we are your companion. At any point you can pause, rethink, or change direction – we respect your rhythm. Every step is taken with your approval.

Based on the project you have selected and approved, the project manager and the chosen team will begin their activities immediately.
Do not forget: you are the creator of this project; we are merely accompanying you on this path. That is why your active presence is extremely valuable to us.
Whenever you feel the need to pause, rethink, or change direction, just let us know. We move forward respecting your rhythm.
Every step of the project will proceed with your input. If changes to details are needed, new alternatives will be presented to you by the project manager for approval at each stage. You will receive progress reports step by step, and the quality of each stage will be continuously monitored and evaluated by the project manager.

Delivery, Launch & Official Registration

Legacy Handover & Registration

Final quality controls, delivery of the work, launch ceremony (if desired), and official registration of the legacy (book, artwork, foundation, documentary, etc.) in your name with relevant authorities.

After the project is completed and finalised, necessary quality controls are performed. According to the pre‑planned schedule in the project design, the work is delivered, and/or an introduction and launch ceremony for the created legacy is held. Depending on the type of legacy created, the necessary steps for its official registration in your name with the relevant authorities will be taken. Do not forget that the registration process differs based on the type of legacy (book, artwork, charitable foundation, documentary, etc.). Our legal team will manage the registration steps according to the nature of the project and obtain the relevant certificates in your name.
